Pets at every District house

Whichever of our four Orange County areas you land in (West, Central, North, or East), the answer is the same: pets are allowed. That includes men's and women's houses.

Before move-in, ask admissions about vaccination records, size limits, and how roommates share common space with animals. We want your pet and the house to both work.

Walks, parks, and the coast

Orange County is built for outdoor routines — morning walks before work, evening trips to a park after IOP, weekend time on the beach trail. Our coastal cities are minutes from shoreline paths; inland cities sit near regional parks and greenbelts.

Residents use public parks and dog-friendly beaches on their own schedule. We don't publish house addresses, so ask admissions which spots fit your area once you're placed.

Treatment plus your pet

Most rehabs won't let you keep a pet on campus. A common path is outpatient or IOP plus a pet-friendly sober living home. The District is that home — not a treatment center.

We can help you find licensed outpatient programs near our houses. See how we help and IOP in Orange County.

Questions

Are all District sober living homes pet-friendly?

Yes. Every District house allows pets in all four Orange County areas (West, Central, North, and East).

What pets are allowed?

Dogs and cats are the most common. Call admissions before move-in to confirm your situation — size, breed restrictions if any, and vaccination records.

Is there a pet deposit?

We don't publish pricing online. Call admissions to talk through rent and any pet-related expectations for the house you're matched to.

Can I move in the same day with my pet?

When a bed is open, admissions can often move you in the same day. Have your pet's vaccination info ready and call 24/7 so we can plan logistics.
